We're open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, so whether you're stopping in before work or on your way home after dinner, we're here. Parking is free in front of the store, and you don't need an appointment. Walk in anytime, check in at the front desk, and a budtender will take it from there.
One thing worth knowing upfront: our customer base is wider than people expect. Visitors in their 20s and 30s make up a large share of the people we see, but customers 35 and older are actually the majority of our regular visitors — and they tend to spend more per trip than younger shoppers. This isn't a store built for one kind of cannabis customer. It's built for the whole Canton area.
What to Bring Before You Walk In
The list is short.
A valid government-issued ID. Ohio requires all dispensary visitors to be 21 or older for adult-use purchases, or 18 or older with a valid Ohio medical marijuana card. Your ID is the one thing you can't skip.
Your Ohio medical card, if you have one. If you're a registered Ohio patient, bring your state-issued patient ID card. Let us know at check-in and we'll make sure you're set up on the medical side.
A payment method. We accept cash and debit.

How to Read the Massillon Menu
Dispensary menus can feel like a lot when you're new — dozens of products, brand names you've never heard of, and categories that don't map to anything at a regular store. Here's the quick orientation.
Flower is the most popular format at our Massillon store, accounting for just under half of everything our customers pick up. It comes in sativa, indica, and hybrid varieties. You'll see it sold by weight — 3.5g, 7g, and 14.15g are the most common sizes. Sativa, indica, and hybrid are useful starting points for a conversation with a budtender, though the real nuances go deeper than those labels.
Vapes — disposables and cartridges — are the second most popular format, making up roughly 30% of purchases. Both audiences are welcome, and the in-store experience is nearly identical — same staff, same building, same front desk.
Adult-use customers (21+) shop the recreational menu. No prior appointment or state registration required beyond a valid ID.
Ohio medical patients access a separate medical menu, which may include different product options, higher-potency formats, or packaging sizes not available on the adult-use side. The biggest mistake first-timers make is overthinking it. A lot of new customers come in with a version of cannabis that's stuck in their head from movies or from years ago — and they're bracing for something that doesn't match what actually happens here. The reality is that you walk in, check in at the front desk, and a budtender walks you through everything. That's the whole process.
"The biggest tip we can give them is to take it easy and just come in," Bobby says. "Let us know this is your first visit and let us be the one to help provide you with cannabis education so you can better understand your options."
You don't need to know what you want before you arrive. The most useful thing you can share with us is why you're exploring cannabis — whether that's curiosity, a desire to unwind, or a doctor's recommendation you'd like to build a purchase around. As Bobby puts it: "All you need to tell us is why you are seeking cannabis. If you have a doctor's recommendation, let us know and we'll build your purchase around you. So don't sweat it."
